At least 20 years old, you are looking for experience abroad in a school structure. The French International High School in Ibiza offers to host a civic service from the start of the school year in September 2025 and for a maximum of one year. A criminal record extract will be requested as well as a certificate of medical fitness.

Assignment description :
The Lycée Français International d'Ibiza is a member of International Impact. It belongs to the AEFE network. It is a small structure (about 370 students) that welcomes students of all nationalities from kindergarten to high school. The language used is essentially French.
The missions will lead the civic service volunteer to intervene - always in support of qualified staff from the establishment - in the field of citizen education and sustainable development and eco-responsibility.
Under the supervision of teachers (first and/or second degree) and the CPE (main education advisor), volunteers will primarily be asked to participate in actions related to:
Individualized support and educational follow-up for students
Ø Support students with academic difficulties (tutoring, homework help)
Ø Contribute to preventive actions and citizenship education
Ø Participate in Sustainable Development Education projects and in the eco-delegate system
Oversight
Ø Supervision of the courtyard (Primary/Secondary) during recess and of the catering service as required
Ø Participation in the organization and supervision of exams
Participation in the actions and projects of the establishment
Ø supervision of school trips
Ø Assist in the animation of extracurricular activities
Ø Participate in school projects, such as: Arts week, science week, sports tournaments, setting up various end-of-year shows
Ø Help to value the school and promote its actions and the events it organizes.
Practical information:
The duration of the mission will begin at the start of the 2025 school year for the rest of the school year, for an hourly volume of 30 hours per week.
The volunteer selected at the end of the recruitment process must be a member of the NGO International Impact and be in accordance with the Volunteer Charter (https:/international-impact.com/accueil/qui-sommes-nous/devenez-adherent/).
The cost of air tickets is the responsibility of the volunteer.
Compulsory civic and civic training/preparation for departure lasting 2 days is provided by International Impact, in Herblay-sur-Seine in the suburbs of Paris (https://international-impact.com/preparation-au-depart-des-benevoles-et-volontaires/).
Insurance is taken out and financed by International Impact for the duration of your mission. It includes three components: civil liability, health and repatriation.
An allowance of €558.17 is paid directly to the volunteer by the State. In some cases, there is a possibility of an increase based on social criteria of 114.95 euros net.
The French high school will also participate by paying 200 euros/month and by taking care of the canteen (equivalent to 64 euros per month).
Volunteers in Civic Service benefit from comprehensive social protection and a pension contribution.
