Assignment description : A bi-governmental organization, the Office Franco-Québécois pour la Jeunesse (OFQJ) is a generator of opportunities for 18-35 year olds. Established in France and Quebec, the OFQJ advises and supports nearly 5,000 young French people aged 18 to 35 each year in their mobility project across the Atlantic (internship, temporary employment, participation in an event, event, commercial mission, thematic delegation, etc.).
This mission is part of the project to make cultural programming visible. The CCFM offers a large number of events that aim to promote the Francophonie in Manitoba.
The proposed actions:
• Promotion of cultural activities: festival, concert, dance school, show, exhibition, performing art...
• Animation of social networks, websites, creation of spaces for animation and expression with the CCFM community
• Creation and retention of a “community” of CCFM users
• Assistance in carrying out actions to raise awareness among audiences and organizations about the services of the CCFM
• Make CCFM activities and events known to the widest possible audience
• Promote to local, regional, national and international organizations the importance of the CCFM in arts and culture in Manitoba through its activities and events in order to be able to promote new collaborations and friendships between the CCFM and other institutions.
• Assistance in the graphic design of promotional tools via software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop..
• Assistance in the design of new projects in order to increase the reputation of the organization.
