Assignment description : The general objective is to strengthen the actions of the AF Department of Culture and Communication. The volunteer will be able to take their first professional steps accompanied by the AF cultural coordinator, and the establishment will be able to count on the logistical and creative support of the volunteer.
The objectives are to strengthen access to culture in French-speaking countries.
The actions proposed as part of the mission:
-Collaborate in the organization and implementation of the institution's cultural events;
-Ensure the management of AF spaces dedicated to the realization of cultural activities (gallery, media library, auditorium);
-Coordinate the technical and logistical aspects of cultural events;
-Design media suitable for communication: taking photos, creating visuals and videos, etc.;
-Collaborate in the management of social networks and the institution's web page;
-Disseminate communication materials to promote the cultural program, as well as the educational offer of courses;
-Participate in events aimed at promoting the activities of the Alliance: fairs, information days for universities, etc.
-Participate in meetings of the culture department.
